What’s for dinner?

We’ve been talking a lot about food lately….

What is healthy and what foods should we avoid? Does it really matter to God what we’re having for dinner?

The Way has a truth tract that explains Peter’s vision in the book of Acts. Truth tracts are fun to read…like a mini graphic novel. It is a way to get a message out in a short and easy to read format.

It can be hard to know what to say when confronted by someone who feels that the Bible says that God got rid of the commandments in the New Testament, especially the dietary laws. When you are faced with your own dinner time discussion, it is really helpful to remember some of the points made in this tract…like that God never changes.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
— James 1:17 NKJV

It can be nerve wracking to have to explain to family and friends why the commandments are still valid for today. I really appreciate that The Way allows the tract to be read right on their website, so you can read it before you order copies.
